Your right to a full refund — clearly explained.
7-day return window
You have 7 days from the date your order is marked Delivered to start a return.
Eligible items
You can return most items if they are:
- Unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging
- Defective or significantly different from the listing
- The wrong item compared to what you ordered
How to start a return
- Open Your Orders and find the order you want to return.
- Click Request Return and pick a reason from the list.
- If approved, we email a prepaid return label (defective / wrong-item cases) or instructions (change of mind).
- Ship the package within 7 days. Once we receive it, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.
Refund timelines
Your order moves through these tabs in your dashboard: To Pay → To Ship → To Receive → Completed. Once we approve and receive a returned item, the order shows as Refunded, and the funds are released back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit.
Who pays for return shipping?
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item — FO2U covers return shipping.
- Change of mind — buyer covers return shipping.
What can't be returned
- Custom-made or made-to-order items
- Items where the buyer-protected condition (unused, original packaging) has been broken
- Perishable goods or items marked "final sale" on the product page
