Phase 1 focuses on onboarding selected manufacturers and brands from Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines to test and validate suitable products in the Malaysia market before larger distribution, inventory or expansion plans.
Consumer-facing product listings and full marketplace features will be launched progressively.

No upfront cost
- No upfront onboarding fee
- No listing fee
- No monthly platform fee
FO2U platform service fee
Deducted only upon successful completed customer orders.
Fulfilment / handling fee, where applicable
Payable to the relevant fulfilment / handling parties — not an FO2U platform fee.
- 3% fulfilment / handling fee applies only where FO2U-arranged warehouse, bonded fulfilment or handling support is used.
- If the manufacturer handles fulfilment and delivery directly, the 3% fulfilment / handling fee does not apply.
Final commercial terms are subject to product category, fulfilment arrangement, compliance review and final onboarding agreement.
