Ordering
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes — an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and access buyer protection. Sign up takes under a minute.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel for free while your order is under "To Pay" or "To Ship" in your dashboard. Once it moves to "To Receive" (shipped), use the returns process instead.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No general minimum. Some sellers offer flash sales or coupons with their own minimum spend — these are shown clearly on the product page.
How do I use a coupon code?
Add items to your cart, go to checkout, and enter the code in the "Promo code" field. The discount applies before payment.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most domestic Malaysian orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Cross-border (Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia) typically takes 7–14 business days depending on customs.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Many sellers offer free shipping above a minimum order — shown on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Southeast Asia (MY, TH, VN, ID). More regions are coming.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Only while your order is under "To Pay" or "To Ship". After it moves to "To Receive", the address is locked — contact us on WhatsApp and we will see what we can do.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 7 days from delivery to start a return. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to display the credit.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the item was defective or wrong, FO2U covers return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer covers it.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit card, FPS (Malaysia), PayPal, bank transfer, and cash on delivery where supported by the seller.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. We never store full card numbers. All card payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors over SSL.
Why was my payment declined?
Usually it is your bank flagging the transaction. Check your SMS or bank app, or try a different card. Contact us on WhatsApp if it keeps failing.
Account
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. We will email a reset link to the address on your account.
How do I delete my account?
Email us or message on WhatsApp and we will process the deletion within 30 days, per Malaysia PDPA requirements.
Can I have a business account?
Yes. If you order in bulk, look for the "Wholesale Quote" button on product pages, or contact us directly.
