Payment Protection
FO2U aims to provide a safer payment environment for consumers.
Where applicable, payment may be held or released according to FO2U’s buyer protection and order completion rules.
If an issue occurs before order completion, consumers may contact FO2U for review and dispute handling.
Easy 15-Day Returns
Consumers may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery, subject to FO2U’s return conditions.
Returns may be accepted if:
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- The item is significantly different from the listing
- The item is unused and in its original packaging where applicable

How to Raise a Dispute
Step 1 — Contact the Seller
Use FO2U’s platform messaging system to contact the seller.
Step 2 — Escalate to FO2U
If the seller does not respond within 2 working days, you may escalate the issue to FO2U. Email info@fo2u.com or WhatsApp +6010 335 2345. Please include:
- Order number
- Product name
- Description of issue
- Photos or evidence where applicable
Step 3 — FO2U Reviews the Case
FO2U will review the case, communicate with the seller and determine a fair resolution.
Step 4 — Resolution
Depending on the outcome, FO2U may arrange:
- Refund
- Replacement
- Return instructions
- Seller investigation
- Seller suspension or removal where necessary
