Hybrid Fulfilment Model
Once a manufacturer is verified and approved on FO2U, fulfilment may take place through one of two pathways.
Pathway 1 — Direct Shipment
The manufacturer ships directly to the Malaysian customer with tracking and fulfilment monitoring.
This pathway is suitable for established manufacturers with existing export and logistics capability.
Pathway 2 — Via Bonded Warehouse & Logistics Partners
FO2U works with established bonded warehouse and logistics partners located within Port Klang Free Zone, PKFZ, to support controlled import handling, customs readiness and Malaysia fulfilment coordination.
This pathway is suitable for manufacturers who want structured support for Malaysia market entry.
